This theme of rebirth is echoed in "Once I was a Flower", where the soul, though buried like a seed under frozen ground, waits with quiet power for the spring to bloom again.

 • The Battles Within: The album does not shy away from the difficult paths we tread. In "Goodbye to You Mr. (Oxy)Contin", we face the raw reality of addiction and the "sugar-coated lies" of a disease that once possessed the mind.
